All creatures great and ugly

Are you a Star Trek fan? I am. I pretty much like all of the different series. I especially like the original series -- not for the great special effects, but rather for the lack of them! And that includes the creatures. Here's an online article from Wired showing off their picks for the 10 Cheesiest Creatures. Do you have a favorite not on this list?

Nerf & Doom: what more can you want?

When I was growing up...  Okay, maybe not.  Maybe a few years ago, I would play the original Doom video game on my PC.  What a great first-person shooter that was.  And totally separate from that, I loved (and still do) anything Nerf.

Well, now someone has combined them!  Check out this video.  Pretty funny stuff.  (As it turns out, a search on YouTube turns up any number of "Doom Nerf" videos...)
